Shizuoka City History Museum

A new style of museum that combines historical exploration, experience, and exchange. In the free area on the first floor, there is a space where you can enjoy the "remains of roads and stone walls from the end of the Sengoku period", which are the museum's symbol, as well as talks by curators and hands-on craft experiences. The exhibition focuses on introducing the history of Sunpu Castle, the Tokaido Road, and other areas with which it has deep connections, along with the history of its people.
