A popular restaurant that has been around for over 40 years and is known for its large sized ingredients. There are about 15 different types of oden that have been soaked in flavory stock until they turn black. The traditional taste is preserved by adding a carefully made stock from beef tendon, kelp, and bonito flakes. Enjoy with homemade sweet miso sauce, green seaweed, and dashi powder.
