A long-established wasabi pickle shop founded in 1898. With the opening of the Tokaido Shinkansen, it was bought as a souvenir from Shizuoka and spread throughout the country. It is loved by a wide range of people as a garnish for bento boxes and as an accent to dishes. Currently, they sell many processed wasabi products, including "Wasabeads", which are filled with the spiciness and flavor of wasabi in the form of sparkling beads, and "WASABBQ", a BBQ spice made with wasabi.
