The staff visit all the producers and see with their eyes and taste how they are carefully brewed wine, using natural farming methods and manual methods, and then offer carefully selected wines. They also carry a wide variety of local sake, including those from within Shizuoka Prefecture. At the bar space, there are always around 10 types of wine and sake available, and you can enjoy them with snacks such as cheese and nuts.
